Important Notice
We
are pleased to announce that the Office of Professional Regulation, including
all licensing boards and advisory professions, will upgrade to a new licensing
computer system beginning the week of February 9th. Due to this transition,
processing of licenses and other requests will take up to 2 weeks longer
than usual during the month of February. We will not issue licenses on
February 5th, 6th or 9th. Additionally, licensee information on our website
will not be updated from February 4th through February 10th. Please plan
accordingly. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make

Welcome To The Office of Professional Regulation's
Web Site Help System
The Office of Professional Regulation navigation system contains The Secretary of State's web site Header and Footer and The Office of Professional Regulation's division specific Header and Footer.
The OPR Header appears just below the main header and consist of three elements.
The link on the left appears as OPR Main Menu and returns you to OPR's 'Home Page'. The 'Home Page' is the only page containing links that are common to all professions regulated by The Office of Professional Regulation. These text hyperlinks appear on the left and right sides of the Director's welcome message.
The Drop Down Menu in the center of OPR's menu gives you instant access to specific professions regulated by the Office of Professional Regulation. When a profession is selected from the drop down menu a new profession specific menu will appear below OPR's Menu in the form of a new drop down menu. This second drop down menu allows access to web pages specific to the profession being viewed. Changing to another profession is easily accomplished by selecting a new profession in OPR's drop down menu. This design keeps every page within OPR's web site no more than 3 clicks away from any other page in the site.
The third element appears on the right side of OPR's menu system and displays as Getting Around In OPR. This link displays a web page that gives a shorter description of how to quickly move around within the OPR web site.
OPR's Footer appears on the bottom of each web page just above the main footer and provides contact information for the webmaster (for technical issues), and the profession's primary content editor (for content issues). More specific contact information can be obtained from the help system's contact page.
